Position Overview:

Position Summary:
Arete Care, a respected provider in the disability support sector, is seeking a Quality, Compliance and WHS Manager. This vital role ensures that our services comply with the regulations of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and WHS legislation, maintaining high standards of safety and care for our clients.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with TAC, NDIS and WHS guidelines to ensure service excellence and compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage incident reports and investigations, ensuring effective resolutions.
- Provide leadership in quality assurance and risk management, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to integrate quality management and safeguard practices throughout the organisation.
- Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure all practices meet or exceed regulatory standards.
- Design and monitor control systems to address violations of legal rules and internal policies.
